Integrate all that qigong has to offer into daily living for profound self-healing and individual empowerment. No prior experience with qigong is necessary; the qigong exercises we learn are very gentle yet profound. In 8 weeks, life begins to transform into balance and harmony as the journey of enlightenment begins. We explore the origins of qigong and classical Chinese medicine, introduce ourselves to meridian system anatomy, still qigong self-healing practices and Chi Nutrition, and integrate into daily living the 5 Constant Virtues to engage the spirit-soul connection in our personal healing process and establish the essential foundations of proper qigong development and self-care.
