About MeI am the author of four non-fiction self-help books and one fiction book, a journalist, Reiki practitioner and teacher, web designer and psychic. I have taught Reiki to hundreds of students and the work of my partner and I has been featured in numerous publications, including Natural Health and Beauty, Health and Fitness, Healthy, TNT and Positive Health. As well as teaching Reiki to all levels my partner and I teach an Active Reiki Workshop to Reiki healers who have already been trained up to level 2 in Reiki. This course teaches the difference between Active and Passive Reiki, enabling the student to use Reiki to directly work on physical and emotional conditions. We re-attune those who have not been attuned correctly on this workshop. I spent a number of months as the features editor of a women's lifestyle magazine called Tonic, where I produced many articles about health, beauty and lifestyle, as well as interviewing a host of celebrities. In my ethical styling capacity I have been featued in The Times, The Daily Mail, Natural Health and Beauty Magazine and High Spirit Magazine. I currrently write an ethical fashion column every month for High Spirit Magazine. I have recently established a web site offering email psychic readings at www.psychic.gb.net and have received great feedback about my psychic readings so far. Although it's via email I am still able to tune into deceased relatives and spirit guides and offer comprehensive psychic readings. I am an oracle and as such specialise in the future. My first book, Passage to Freedom is out now and is published by O Books. My second book, The Essence of Reiki written with my partner, Andy Chrysostomou, came out in May 2008. My third book, You Can Only Achieve What is Possible came out in July 2008 and my fourth book.
