About MeFor many years now I've been interested in the teaching and philosophy of Louise Hay, initially for my own personal development and now (having formally trained up) leading workshops and seminar groups. When I look back, I see that for so long I was living 'sub-optimally'. My early life hadn’t been great, and unknowingly – despite outward success in various areas – I was still living out the effects of distant events and experiences that had shaped me. Worse still, unknown to me they were set to go on creating my future. The philosophies of Louise and the Heal Your Life work however changed all that, transforming my inner life and offering big changes to the outer life I lead too. From a very young age I’ve always been determined to make the most of myself and fulfil all I could be, but Heal Your Life has given me insights, tools and techniques to do that in a way I didn’t even know was possible – restoring my vitality, hope and optimism for the future in the process. I'm so thankful I discovered a whole new outlook on life, and on me! I love sharing all that I’ve learned with others, helping them to heal their lives too and contributing to individual and social well-being. |
