My Philosophy On Life: Simply to try to do the very best I can every day, and to be true to myself and this existence and to evolve consciously as much as possible. Being open to what life is teaching me.
My Interests: Playing the flute. Practising 'Knowledge', Reiki, EFT and Matrix Reimprinting, psychic development as a healing aid. Walking in the wonderful countryside around where I live, and in the Lake District, a bit of cycling, horse riding when I can afford it.
