My Philosophy On Life: To me, mind and brain are different but they are related to each other. The brain is the physical substance inside of our skull which has stem cells, membranes, neurons and so on. The mind is what we know, is the subject of experience such as what we feel, or the reception of a view in that moment. Consciousness refers to each of our awareness of the unique thoughts, feelings, environments, and memories of our lives. We, as human beings, often disregard, are unaware or in denial of our mind-body connection until discomfort show up in part of our body such as arthritis in our knee or an accident which costs the leg. If we continue to follow the direction which causes us emotional discomfort or a sufficient degree of intensity in our body due to an attempt to keep ourselves from expressing our frustration or hurt, eventually something will have to happen to create a symptom in our physical body/level in order to give us the message that what we had been doing to ourselves in unhealthy. This may manifest as neck problem that keep us from turning from side to side, a car accident that cost an arm, Capras’ delusion, or Savants syndrome and so on. The physical symptoms can give us clues as to the underlying cause, for example, the neck problems mean we need to be flexible and see all points of view, and loss of the left arm means that we need to be more nurturing, give more, and be more receptive. There are no coincidences or accidents. Things happen according to our thought forms and our life style. We, ourselves create our own reality. If we quiet down our monkey mind and listen to our inner guidance and it is a very simple language: we feel good or we do not, the rest is just politics. We have the abilities to make ourselves sick and we also have the abilities to create a cure to influence, and heal our own physical health and wellness through our own thought forms. So which one are we going to choose? Let our stress create a symptom on our physical level and get sick or move into the direction that makes us feel good and healthy? .
