My Philosophy On Life: What you dwell on you become. Treat others how you want ot be treated. The Law of Attraction and Karma! Live this life well, take care of yourself and of others. Make time to stop and smell the flowers, this world is a beautiful place - if you just stop and breathe it in.

My Interests: Yoga, running, walking, nature, holistic therapies and angels and spirituality.

My Inspirations: My reiki MAster - Cath Davis, my husband Tony, my late nana Jill and Auntie Billie and all of my friends.
