About MeMy background was in administration but took a change of direction in 2001 when, to help through a personal trauma, I was introduced to Reiki. I attained Reiki level 1 in 2001 and have since gone on to become a Reiki Master/Teacher. Reiki was just the beginning of my career change, realising the effects of stress and the environment on individuals, I knew I wanted to use my new found knowledge and my personal experiences to help others. I am now qualified in Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Hope ear candles, therapeutic massage, hot stones massage and reflexology. I rent a room from Duloch Leisure Centre in Dunfermline, Fife and feel a great sense of achievement in bringing balance and well being to people.
