About MeI work as a counsellor two days a week helping people with a whole range of problems. I have also just published my first book on depression (The Depression Trap) and I write a blog on depression too (www.thedepressiontrap.com). I'm now aiming to spend some time having a rest and re-focusing before deciding on any future projects. I also run a mind body spirit website www.inspirationalfriends.co.uk and organise a monthly Coffee and Chat for therapists and like minded people at South Hill Park, Bracknell.
