Since doing reflexology almost 8 years ago, I have become totally hooked on alternative therapies! I am at the moment learning Aromatherapy Massage. I find all therapies fascinating and there is a therapy out there to suit eveyone-the key is just finding it!!

My Interests: Alternative Therapies, Cake Baking and decorating, eating out, going to the cinema and lying in the sun!

My Inspirations: My Reiki Teacher, Lea Cowin and my old Reflexology Teacher, Angie Westwood, both lovely people who not only love to help people but like to pass their knowledge on.

Music I Love: Anything from the sixties really. Loved Soul & Motown music.

Movies I Love: I really like Sci Fi movies. The Star Wars triolgy and Harry Potter.

TV Shows I Love: I like Casualty and Holby City and at the moment I am hooked on Skating on Ice!

Books I Love: I never quite got over The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe.

Places I Love: Anywhere by the sea-it can be so calming but so forceful.
