What's there to tell, where do I start? I work as a professional Herbalist & Therapist in the Northants area.

I started life in the South of England, then meandered academically to the NE and Midlands; before settling here in Northants over 8 years ago. I have been involved with the spiritual most of my life. However, only began to actively develop in my late teens/early 20s before beginning to work on a professional level in my early-mid 20s.

I'm quite happy to be living life with family and friends when I have time off from work. It's always a case of a dynamic healthy balance.

My Philosophy On Life: It really is about a healthy balance, where I have to put me as first equal in my life with all others around me. I believe in living and talking my truth, which is as valid as the next person's. All I can do for anyone is be there, whether personally or professionally...I can and do support, encourage and point in the right direction - however it's up to others to begin to change and realise they had the courage and answers all along...

My Interests: Many and varied - Herbs, Gardening, Composting, walking the dog, Vegetarian cooking, Personal, Spiritual evolution, Herbal medicine, Martial Arts, Reiki, Seichem, Meridian Therapies, Intuitive and heart-centred living - all in no particular order
