My Inspirations: Steve Pavlina, Bo Bennet, Zig Zigler, Joan Sotkin, Ben Franklin, Mark Twain, Henry David Thoreau, most of the literary classical writers and most of all, my grandchildren.
Music I Love: I sing in a Barbershop "a Capella" harmony chorus and I love making those chords ring. I also love classical guitar, most types of classical and most music from the 50's and 60's.
Movies I Love: I go to movies only when forced by my wife.
TV Shows I Love: Rarely watch TV.

Places I Love: There's no place like home, riding a bike along the Missouri River on the Katy Trail, the great Northwest, the Carribean Islands, Europe, Planet Earth!
Quotes I Love: Thoughts become things... choose the good ones!
We become what we think about all day.
Our "reality" is of our own making
