About MeI've done so much and been to so many places and there is so much more I want to do and experience, the list seems to grow by the day at times! I love life and I love spending time with friends and family or new people... sometimes relaxing and being quiet and peaceful or doing fun, random, spontaneous, suitably crazy things just because you can- like staying up all night to watch the sunrise, swimming in the sea at night, having breakfast outside on a sunny winters day or impromptu road trips or dinner parties. I've travelled a fair amount including parts of Europe, SE Asia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji and have seen amazing places, met beautiful and fascinating people and had many inspiring experiences. But as I say, still so much more to see and do! I have redirected and developed my skills from physiotherapy into Holistic Therapies as a holistic, natural, spiritual approach to life and healing really excites me. I combine aromatherapy, massage, yoga and holistic nutritional therapy. My BusinessI currently have a business listed within Holistic Local. To find out more about my

More About MeLocation: Lymington, Hampshire, England Occupation: Holistic Therapist My Philosophy On Life: I am fascinated by philosophies and teachings from around the world (both old and new) and believe it is so important to interpret things in your own way and listen to what really resonates inside yourself from each to build your own picture of the world/ universe. From a largely scientific background I used to want to understand and know everything until I realised that for me that wasn't necessarily so important. I believe magic, mystery, wonder and trust in these things that ring true with your being are so important sometimes rather than understanding in words or numbers. My Interests: Socialising with friends and family, meeting new people, 'people watching' (fascinating!), travelling- far flung places as well as close to home, the great outdoors- particularly walks in the forest or on the beach, climbing, sailing, yoga, music, good food, watching sunsets and sunrises, star gazing... My Inspirations: Anyone who makes me think and see things in a new light or from a different view point- there are many of you out there! Music I Love: I have such a varied music collection with a complete mix of genres and artists, bands from classical, world, jazz, through to some euphoric dance and trance! I will (try to!) listen to anything and everything and then form an opinion on it., Music I'm listening to at the moment- Nitin Sawney, Pink Floyd, Donavon Frankenreiter, Counting Crows, Jamie Cullum, 1 Giant Leap, Coldplay, Tracy Chapman, Joss Stone, Mr Scruff... Movies I Love: Crash, Garden State, Matrix, What the Bleep, Serendipity, Chocolat, Swordfish, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless MInd, Life of Brian, Before Sunrise, It's a Wonderful Life... to name but a few! TV Shows I Love: 'God The Devil and Bob' BBC2 I think it was a few years ago- Brilliant!, Not such a TV fan otherwise but particularly like watching documentaries on National Geographic and travel programmes that catch my eye. Books I Love: Lots of books about nutrition, yoga, aromatherapy, herbalism, shamanism, paganism, wiccan healing. More specifically...The Alchemist- Paulo Coelho, Siddhartha- Hermann Hess, Orin, Daben series by Roman & Packer, Moon Time- Paungger & Poppe, Home with God- Neale Donald Walsh, Jonathan Livingston Seagull- Richard Bach, Present Moment Awareness- Shannon Duncan, The Spirit of Yoga- Rham & Gill Places I Love: The New Forest, Coast lines (particularly Cornwall, Devon and Dorset), West Coast of Australia, Cambodia- especially Angkor Temples... Quotes I Love: 'You asked me what I came into the world to do, I came to live out loud' Emile Zola
The meaning of life is made, not found... It is not a search- it is a choice... Life is like art- it is all about interpretation. - Adapted from Shift Happens- Robert Holden
