Hello,

I run www.juiceproducer.com an online nutrition portal, full of good ideas and healthy ways to eat and drink
Alongside that I like to box, read, dive, DJ and travel, oh and go clubbing once in a while

My passion is nutrition, I've done the usual thing I was a marine engineer for 10 years, working hard, eating easy, fat, tired and uninspired I sold up and shook things up. Things happened by accident really, now I'm determined to help people discover the power live food and good nutrition has to put the zap back into life!

I read everything I could by Patrick Holford and put as much of it as I can into daily living. I think my engineering head helps sort the faff from what really works and now my attention has turned away from machinery to the workings of the human being.
