About MeI experienced recovery from morbid obesity through a raw food lifestyle. I have been eating raw for 4 years now and have lost around 160lbs (approx. 11 stone) in that time. My life has been completely transformed on every level and I now devote my life to spreading this message of hope for natural and healthy weight loss for others living with overweight, obesity and overeating issues.
