About MeI've been on a spiritual path since my late twenties. My life purpose is to spread unconditional love and be of service. I've had the privilege of studying with some of the premier spiritual leaders of our time, including Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, and Marianne Williamson. I was fortunate to train with Louise before she retired and now lead training workshops based on her work. My life partner (Rick) and I have used creative life principles (the "secret") to attract each other, move to a beautiful home on 7 acres near San Diego, and develop an international workshop business. We are blessed and grateful for all the abundance of the Universe and know it is there for everyone. I'm the author of Ordering from the Cosmic Kitchen: The Essential Guide to Powerful, Nourishing Affirmations. It covers not only affirmations and visualizations, but also how to clear past negative conditioning and how our individual minds link with the Greater Mind to produce global change.
