About MeI love my work ... I am primarily an ARTbundance coach (life, spiritual and small business) and practitioner who also spends time mentoring and training ~ it is so wonderful to see people's confidence blossom! I became interested in natural wellbeing almost 20 years ago when we discovered my baby boy was allergic to dairy products. So little information was available in those days, I had to dig deep and discover as much as I could by myself. I trained as a holistic therapist and Reyad Sekh Em practitioner as soon as I was able to give up a little time from family demands, and my near-obsessive thirst for knowledge about nutrition and the body’s ability to survive in this toxic modern-day world led me to study nutritional healing, too - as well as a self-diagnosis tool after almost 2 decades of ill-health and no hope of a reprieve.
