Metamorphic technique uses a gentle touch to loosen patterns taken on in the womb which in life become blocks, illness , emional issues or repetitive life patterns.
Acting as a catalist to your own life force, you can move from who you are now to who you can be.
Reflexology is a complementary therapy which uses gentle pressure on the feet to increase health and wellness in the whole being treating the organs , circulation, hormone production and more. Great to destress kick start a sluggish system.
