Please give Alison your support by promoting this opportunity to your networks.

Alison has been working on this venture for several years now and has turned down offers from business angels who have a different vision for the introduction of this new form of therapy. She is now looking for an immediate injection of cash and your support to launch Colour Breathing.

The business has a financial milestone on Monday 16th July, so Alison would be grateful to hear from you sooner rather than later ... and remember first come first served ...

Thank you for your attention.

What is Colour Breathing?

Colour Breathing is a pioneering international relaxation company which wishes to establish and
promote the benefits of relaxation and positive mental health in your region. Part of our objective
is to establish the first UK network of relaxation classes.

Since 2004, Colour Breathing has been a recognised complementary therapy in the UK and is a
member of the BCMA (British Complementary Medicine Association.) Colour Breathing has a two
day certified therapy training programme to train Colour Breathing Practitioners and other one day
training programmes for the education, healthcare and corporate sectors to be released this
autumn.

 Colour Breathing is a talking therapy* used for the purpose of relaxation which has proven
to be a valuable resource for professional counsellors, therapists and mental health
experts in their everyday working life. (78% of people find talking therapies effective. * Mental Health
Foundation 2007)
 It is based on a UK originated set of seven Colour Breathing Disks which has a patented
status.
 The individual users benefit from using the disks whilst focusing on different parts of their
body whilst breathing in and out the colours.
 The Colour Breathing relaxation technique is being endorsed by medical and mental
health professionals for being safe, simple and effective as a relaxation and talking
therapy.
 It is an easy to use self-relaxation tool which can be used on an individual basis or in a
relaxation class setting to promote mental health and wellbeing.
 Colour Breathing is a featured complementary therapy in the Spring 2007 edition of
"Women's Health Today" - a new NHS magazine being distributed via Doctor's
surgeries across the UK.
 Colour Breathing is also being featured in the NAPC Review this July, an annual NHS
Magazine for GPs distributed every summer to every GP in the UK.
 WCBC Ltd is now working with mental health specialists to develop a new range of over
50 new mental health and wellbeing products based on the Colour Breathing apparatus

A New Income Opportunity within Mental Health

Colour Breathing Relaxation Therapy Training Licence opportunities are being
made available to all local MIND associations in England and Scotland - July 2007.
The Worldwide Colour Breathing Company Limited (WCBC Ltd) is pleased
to offer you and your colleagues the opportunity for your association to
become part of the national Colour Breathing network in the UK.
This opportunity will provide you or your association with the rights to provide an
established and proven Colour Breathing training programme, deriving income
from this and product sales. In so doing you will help to establish and service
the UK's first national network of relaxation classes for the general public.
and technique for use within the mainstream mental health sector. This includes specific
products for the education sector in schools as well as specific needs.

Why are you contacting Local MIND Associations?

We are contacting all local MIND associations in England and Scotland as a priority, following the
last year's successful partnership with AMH (Action Mental Health) in Northern Ireland. It is
hoped that your association members or an individual from within your group will become
interested in this opportunity for your region.

AMH is a registered charity and one of the largest voluntary sector mental health and learning
disability organisations in Northern Ireland. AMH works to improve the health & well-being of
people with mental health needs or learning disabilities, by creating opportunities for progression
towards independence and employment. We are enclosing a letter from Ian Walters their Chief
Executive about their successful alliance with Colour Breathing for your perusal.

In May 2006, AMH bought the rights to Colour Breathing in Northern Ireland and have found
Colour Breathing to be a great success. We are now keen and ready to replicate this success in
the UK by working with Regional Managers who are already working within the framework of
mental health associations and charities so collectively we can all help each other help others.

 Alison Bourne the CEO of WCBC Ltd initially contacted the Head Office of MIND in May
2007. Ryan Davey of Network Support and other members of the Network Support Team
suggested we make contact with each MIND association individually.
 WCBC Ltd has decided to offer all England and Scotland MIND associations this
opportunity prior to the regions being marketed nationally. The WALES Colour Breathing
region has already been sold. We hope that the 21 Welsh MIND associations will be
pleased to work with the Colour Breathing Regional Manager for Wales Stephanie Jones.
 Colour Breathing has also proven popular within AMH as it has provided the charity with a
positive new focus.
 AMH acknowledge that Colour Breathing has created an additional stream of income as
well as being a worthwhile and rewarding business venture.
 There are only 28 UK licences remaining available for the UK which we hope will all be
active by the end of 2007. (We are also actively promoting 3 regions in The Republic of
Ireland, 2 of which we already have expressions of interest.)

How would our local association operate a Colour Breathing region?

Each region would need to appoint one individual to become the Regional Manager to supervise
the organisation and management of the region. Or, a friend or colleague might be interested in
acquiring the region themselves as a personal business opportunity.

What is the role of a Regional Manager?

The Regional Managers role can easily be a part time position. This would ideally be suited to an
individual with an interest in training others and with a background in mental health.
As a Regional Manager you would manage the regional rights to an outstanding two day certified
training programme (with 20 CPD points) in the Colour Breathing relaxation technique. You also
have exclusive rights to other unique Colour Breathing one day specialist training programmes
and resources for the education, healthcare and corporate sectors.

Whilst developing your own regional team of Colour Breathing Practitioners, income is generated
through the delivery of the training programmes and sales of related products. With other
Regional Managers, we intend to co-create the first national network of relaxation classes for
members of the public.

What training and support does a Regional Manager receive?

A Regional Manager receives the following training:
 Two Day Colour Breathing Practitioner Training
 Two Day Regional Managers Operations Training including Operations Manual procedure.
 Two Day City & Guilds Certificate in Training (Available if required)
As well as support from Head Office, Regions/Regional Managers receive the following:
 30% discount on selected Colour Breathing products - providing an additional income
stream
 Colour Breathing Operations Manual
 Their own page on www.colourbreathing.com website
 Space on website to promote local training programmes
 Local news stories on main website, National advertising and features
 Regular updates and the Regional Managers network support
 Ongoing professional development training
 Two one day Team meetings per year

The cost of each Colour Breathing region

For a limited period, local MIND associations are being offered their region for the price of
£12,000 + VAT.

We shall shortly be offering this opportunity to other mental health charities, organisations and
professional groups.

Regions will be allocated to suitable parties on a first come, first served basis subject to contract.
We intend to train all new Regional Managers within 4-6 weeks of their accepted application.

 The Licence for the Region is granted for a fixed period with rights to renew subject to the
terms of the agreement.
 This price includes the above training for one individual who will become the acting
Regional Manager.
 Our licence package has been compiled with the assistance of Franchise Your Business
Limited (www.franchiseyourbusiness.co.uk) and Shadbolt & Co LLP (International
Commercial Lawyers) (www.shadboltlaw.co.uk) to comply with standards required by the
British Franchise Association (www.thebfa.org)
 To keep overheads to a minimum, training materials can be ordered online as and when
required. There is no need for regions to stockpile stock thus easing cash flow.
