A Coaching Circle provides a supportive environment that, using coaching techniques and group interaction, will help you achieve the results you seek. Each Circle takes place over a period of 4 weeks and will focus on a specific topic.
In a small group of 5 to 8 people working on the same issue, you will begin by identifying your goal and then proceed to develop a plan to accomplish it.
It is a co-creative process that empowers a group of individuals to explore on a deeper level their vision and core values in order to take the appropriate action steps to move their lives forward.
