I am available as a speaker on promoting top tips to look after our mental health.In the same way,we try to look after our immunity,I help you think about protecting your self esteem to prevent depression and or anxiety.
I am free to non profit making organizations [although donations to local mental health charities accepted].I also speak to larger organizations and charge a small fee.
