Brighton Bioenergetics and Puravida Party

Realize your potential to live a joyous pleasurable life. This workshop will help you to release trapped feelings, expressing and balancing the body through a series of guided body exercises.
We will combine bioenergetics with components of the AUM Meditation (www.brightonaum.co.uk) to create a harmonious, heart opening and exciting social environment in which to enjoy the Puravida party.
The session will be followed by a Mauritian Meal and Party at the Cosmopolitan Bar in Kemp Town.
