My name is Ian Tucker, I am a U.K. Reiki Federation Master Teacher.
I teach Reiki at several venues around the West Midlands whilst lecturing on various subjects including spirituality.
A part of every one of my Reiki courses is a simple guided meditation that incorporates the gentle but effective healing power of Reiki.
This has proved very popular so I have decided to make it available to everyone.
I have recorded the meditation in a professional recording studio to guarantee a high quality C.D. copy with every purchase.
The recording is aproximately 25 minutes long and incorporates :-
+ A preperation technique for grounding and protecting (this is a very useful excercise to carry out each day even if not part of the meditation)
+ A 15 minute guided meditation that incorporates Reiki and other useful elements for relaxation and daily guidance.
