This ground floor apartment has wonderful huge windows and gets lots of natural light. It has a lovely energy and is surrounded by grass and trees.
There are woods with a lovely walk by a stream and lake only across the road. It's only 5-10 mins to the centre of Chapel Allerton, buzzing with shops, cafes and bars.
The bedroom is cleanly decorated.
I'm looking for somebody to share as my friend and flatmate is going back to the US so is moving out. It is available from end Oct/beg Nov.
I am very much into personal & spiritual growth and this is my work as well as my hobby. I love being surrounded by like-minded people. I like quiet time and also like to have friends round and every now and again I throw great parties! :-)
The lease doesn't allow for any pets and you must be a non-smoker. My preference would be for somebody who doesn't drink, or not in a constantly going out and getting plastered all the time kind of way anyway.
There is wireless internet available in all rooms and the TV in the living room has freeview with a DVD recorder.
I'm nice, friendly and easy going. I'd want to discuss both our lifestyles and living preferences so that whoever comes to share with me will be happy with the arrangements as much as I am. (I've experienced both nightmare and fantastic shares and want to repeat the fantastic ones!)
