About Me
I have been trained in Reiki since 1993 and obtained status as a Master Teacher-Practitioner in 1998.
I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas in 1988.
I knew from a very early age in life that my purpose was to be a healer. This manifested early on when I realised at age 7 that I had to be a nurse when I grew up.
Later, as I expanded my knowledge base my focus has turned more towards alternative and complementary healing techniques. I am trained as a Reiki Master. I also have a Diploma in Aromatherapy and have had 3 years intermittent training in Qi Gong.
I am now studying Shamanic Healing with the intention of incorporating that into my Reiki practice.
