About MeWho am I? It reminds me of the opening lines of that song by the Who ~ “Who are you? Who, Who are you?” It’s so easy to hide behind the identity given to me by my parents, friends or family as a whole. Or to take on the mantle of the various occupations, careers, or professions that I have strived to be part of. Yet, there is a time when it is necessary to pause and reflect on that which I identify as the true me. As I write this I hear peals of laughter, for is it not ironic to write about something that is as insubstantial as the wind, and as ephemeral as the early morning dew on a spiders web evaporating in the first rays of the new days sun. So, who am “I”? First and foremost I see myself as a catalyst, coach and a vortex healer and spiritual coach, in that I wish to ensure that all those who can should be enabled to discover their potential and who they have the power to be. Well, I have over 35 years experience of working with individuals, top teams and organisations, within a diverse range of companies spanning a wide range of market sectors and have successfully coached and trained many thousands of individuals at all organisational levels in their strategic career development, and use coaching, NLP, and psychometrics for the management of individual and organisational change. My professional portfolio includes management & executive coaching, career counselling, management development, psychometric assessment, assessment centre delivery, team building, stress management and evolving spirituality. I am an enthusiastic innovator and change agent, who uses experiential approaches, practical and theoretical knowledge, plus NLP to increase the performance, self-esteem and effectiveness of individuals, teams and organisations. I have a record as an international presenter and speaker on the uses of NLP for strategic career development and performance coaching, and have published articles on stress management, performance coaching and the use of the TDI, MBTI and NLP for personal development. I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, an experienced Career Performance Coach, accredited Master Coach (European Coaching Institute) and a certified NLP Coach. I am also a Certified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Yet having said all that above and my thanks to you if you have taken the time to read this far, there is a paradox that the true knowing of who you are really is in the very moment of not knowing. For by dropping the egoist state of desiring to achieve, by surrendering into oblivion, all is revealed. So, who are you? Look beyond the egoist illusion to that which you really are.
