I am a Reiki practitioner and also offer sessions in the Metamorphic Technique. I have recently qualified as a Tatty Bumpkin teacher and will be offering a free taster class, with my first set of classes beginning in November, at Project 229 in Kempston. Tatty Bumpkin are multi-sensory movement classes for children inspired by Yoga. Classes are suitable for ages 18 months to 6 years and include Stories, Relaxation, Educational Development, Movement and Songs. I just ran my first taster class and it was fantastic! I really love it and the kids did too!
