I have been teaching, since 1997, a simple, powerful and effective meditative practice that does NOT try to still the mind. I have counseled hundreds of individuals, couples, groups and organizations since 1990. I was Nationally Certified as a licensed massage therapist from 1992-96. The stress management tools I offer are the foundation of all comprehensive wellness programs.
