New research from Copenhagen & Berlin has proven that Rosehip extract is very effective for people suffering from the painful condition of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
The six month study showed that people taking the supplement (as opposed to the dummy pill) improved their activity levels by as much as 25%. Discomfort and pain fell by 40% and reported that the quality of their lives had vastly improved.
The researchers think that the Rosehips appear to have an anti-inflammatory effect.
As well as not having the side effects from prescribed drugs, treating one patient with the latest medications costs up to £10,000 annually- as opposed to £240 for Rosehip powders.

Some interesting facts about Rosehips.....

Rosehips are very high in anti-oxidants – containing 10 to 100 times more vitamin C than any other known food and are used in teas, soups, jam and purees etc.
They also contain vitamins A, E, B1, B2, niacin, K, P,and the minerals calcium, phosphorus and iron. Wild species are known to have the highest nutrient content.

The ancient Greeks in the time of Homer made a food of Rosehips and referred to them as 'the food of the Gods.'
