Hi Everyone

Between 23 and 30th June my partner and I (ooh feel a bit like the Queen saying that) are running a yoga holiday in a traditional part of Greece. Morning will be an introduction to ashtanga yoga with a more gentle practice in the evening and meditation & pranayama.

Details can be found on my website by following the link on 'holidays' and you can see pictures of the area.

Numbers are limited to 8 practicing yogi's so there will be the opportunity for personal adjustments

If you can't make these dates but would be interested for the future let me have your e-mail address and I'll add you to our contact list.

Thanks and hope to hear from you

Hi Jay

You might find it a tad chilly, as it's a mountainous area it does tend to be cold in winter especially in the evenings!

I just want to go to the Greek Islands, I don't do Yoga, but I would change that if I could go. Pity I live so far away.

Hi John

The Greek Islands are beautiful although some are now a little spoilt in places by trying to accommodate tourism of the brash and drunken kind.

Luckily there are still many beautiful undiscovered or only partly discovered spots for those of us who like it a bit quieter!

Dreams don't happen by chance. If you really want to visit the Islands you can make it happen (it just takes lots of planning and saving to get there). Where you focus your energy you will manifest that in your life (no guarantee as to how long it will take you though).

Good luck and hope you make it one day.

Hi Dawn, thanks for the good wishes, unfortunately or not, my focus at the moment is my clinical work here, so the Greek Island is just a dream for now, maybe later. Its good to have dreams though.
