Hello friends,

I have begun sitting on my back porch watching the traffic go by on a nearby highway - and as each car and truck drives by I say OUT LOUD, "I love you" over and over and over, directing my attention to each individual vehicle.

It has become a wonderful game to be sure I said "I love you" to every car that passed by and then I started directing my attention to the houses around me and imagining the people inside, saying "I love you" to them also.

I imagine that they feel a smack upside the head (not really) from my intentions of love and that they pass that long to everyone they come in contact with today. Imagine the power of that!

As you know, when we each say "I love you" we are raising our own consciousness or frequency and sending "I love you" through the air is literally sharing love with the world.

Imagine the difference each of us can make if every time you see someone anywhere and everywhere you say out loud or silently, "I love you."

Try it when you are driving and someone does something you consider rude...or when you are in a restaurant or store. Say it out loud and watch their attitude change. Watch your attitude change.

Feel it? Yes!
