Am running a school of complementary therapy and looking to expand by a kind of franchising agreement - not sure if that's the word I am looking for, but an agreement with other teachers or people who would like to become teachers and so we act as booking agents for them to teach our courses. There is already one company doing this, but I am sure there must be room for one more!!

What I am looking for is, does anyone have, or can help me with, an agreement so that both the teacher and our company are protected? Thanks!, Helen
