Hi Karen, I only drink water, but have 2-3 cups of hot freshly chopped ginger, with a squirt of fresh lime, or just the ginger. If you grate the ginger it is more potent, but I guess you wouldn't be doing that at work. If I get stuck anywhere, I would take the already chopped ginger with me, and add it to hot water. Having said all that, you probably don't like ginger or lime If you have managed to stop fizzy drinks, then I would keep it like that, otherwise once you start having them again, you will start craving them.
