Dear all

I am very happy to announce that as of the 24th March 2009 I will be running a weekly meditation group. I have talked about it, people have asked when, and it is finally happening!

We will cover meditation, visualisations, followed by a chance to chat. So let me start with the details......

When : Every Tuesday at 7:30 pm – 9pm commencing the 24th March 2009
Where: The Answer Within, 9 Timpson Street , Port Adelaide
Cost : $10.00

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing, and if you like to lie down during meditation please bring your yoga mat.
Please bring a bottle of water.
