Alexandria Connections is a beauty and healing retreat with a difference.
Offering full or half days of inspiring Egyptian style packages for total well being and relaxation.

Barbara Steele, Proprietor of Alexandria Connections, welcomes you to Can-Yr-Afon (Song of the River) for a truly memorable experience with our wonderful choice of healing and pamper packages.

Here are a few I know about but I'm afraid I've not visited them yet...

Hi Nikki,
If you were wishing to incorporate some Yoga into your break I can thoroughly recommend Tabitha Dean Yoga check out "Tabitha" on my friends list - I met her through Holistic Local. I'm booked up to go on another of her retreats this Summer; great stuff and you come back feeling fabulous!

Happy searching

Namaste Nikki,

If you fancy heading somewhere warm and sunny then you could visit El Incanto in Spain. This is just newly opened (less than a month) and run by a lovely couple who I have been good friends with for many years. The place has some amazing mountain scenery and is set amongst olive trees and looks down onto wheat fields in the valley. Please have a look at their website.

Hope you enjoy wherever you go! :)

Om Shanti
Neil

Hi Neil

I just checked out your friends' website, wow! No idea how I could get myself and the family there, but I'm going to plan it, looks perfect!

Thanks for that,

Hello Nikki and Everyone,

I highly recommend the retreat I work for, Karuna Detox Retreats.

We are a truly holistic retreat - intended to cleanse mind, body and spirit, centred around a 7-day juice fast, which isn't easy but it's a brilliant detox that really helps clear the mind. People often come to us when they are at a cross-roads in their life. We have meditation, yoga, massage, as well a swimming pool and sauna - in the middle of beautiful Devonshire countryside.

The next free retreat starts May 8th.

All the Best,

Heather Mullin
