Whilst we provide general nutrition and health information, we do not offer one-to-one nutritional advice on the site, as we believe each individual is unique in terms of their health, circumstances and lifestyle. All of our practitioners are trained and skilled in working with the public to understand their individuality, and to work with them to help achieve their goals in relation to nutrition and health.
Because of our stringent criteria for membership, the public can be confident of locating a practitioner who is fully qualified in the field of nutrition, and who is a member of their governing body.
The power of nutritional healing has long been with us, but is now understood in such a way that our practitioners can offer help with a vast range of conditions, including acne, eczema, high blood pressure, arthritis, weight management, lack of energy and infertility. They can also provide advice on children's health, sports nutrition and mental health issues. Research is constantly being carried out, which provides us with new insights into the effect of food and nutrients on the body; and into how we can attain a better quality of life, with optimal mental and physical performance, longevity and the absence of disease.
