Whether you are a parent of a one year old or a ten year old, we can all do with a little support on how to be the kind of parent we want to be. This 3 hour workshop offers you time, information and support on how to focus on what being a parent means to you and how to make sure that you have the parenting experience you want. This is not telling you how to be a parent - it is giving you the opportunity to work that our for yourself while meeting other parents and sharing your experiences.
This workshop helps you:
Identify your parenting values and how to use them to choose what advice and guidance works best for you and your children; Understand what other roles you have and how to maintain these whilst being a parent; Learn exercises to help you manage your emotional state - and those of your children so your communication can be open and effective.Price is £20 - please call to book.
