Slimming hypnosis for the diet-weary. Become slender (and stay that way) by changing the way you think about yourself and food. A life-changing experience with international hypnotherapist Susan Dunlop, MA, CHT every Wednesday from 11.00am to 12.30pm at The Zentist, 76 Gillygate, York city centre. Offered to group participants at the greatly reduced rate (private 1and 1/2 hour sessions are 50 pounds) of 25 pounds per person. Cost includes hypnosis and CD of the session (to which participants commit to listen daily). Individuals wishing to lose more than a stone must attend a minimum of four sessions.
