Join me for an Alexander Technique lesson and learn how to exchange strain and effort for ease and flexibitily of body and mind.
I am available between 7.30 and 9.30pm at the Pierian Centre.
I offer:

Individual Lessons lasting up to 40 minutes

Group lessons for up to six people lasting up to 1.5 hours depending on size.
