Inner Yoga is a nurturing and subtle way of practicing yoga that encourages students to explore the yoga poses according to their own inner awareness.
Inspired by teachers like Vanda Scaravelli, Angela Farmer and Donna Farhi I work with a variety of yoga techniques, including postures, breath work and meditation, guiding you to work at a deep level and helping you to identify and release blocked energy.
Inner Yoga teachers have particular experience of adapting postures to suit the many of us who, due to modern lifestyles or specific injuries are not so flexible in the hips, may have tight hamstrings, stiff shoulders or lower back problems.
