These are open to Reiki students and anyone interested in experiencing and knowing more about Reiki or energy medicine in a relaxed and informal way.
Not only do you get to experience giving and receiving Reiki and trying out energy techniques but you also get an opportunity to talk to Reiki students at a variety of levels. Through listening to their own experiences of using Reiki in their lives, you can begin to decide whether this is something that you might be interested in pursuing.
These are held on a monthly basis in Brighton (price £3) and Chichester (£3) in the evening lasting approximately 2 hours.
