The First Degree class involves attunements to the energy of Reiki which clear the healing channel increasing our natural ability to heal. Time is devoted to learning the history of Reiki and to learning and practicing ways of giving treatments to yourself and others.
Treatments are given simply through the laying on of hands. After the class participants will know the simple form of treatments and how it may be effective. No prior experience is necessary.
