Aimed at therapists and lay people alike who have an interest in EFT, this workshop will explain why EFT Is so effective, show you how to use the Basic Recipe and the shortcut versions, how to handle the potential blocks to EFT and different ways to refine your application. At the end of the day you will be able to use it on your clients, friends, family and - very importantly - yourself. This is also a prerequisite for those who wish to go on to take Level 2 Practitioner training and beyond.
