These courses are ideal for anyone wanting to find out about and experience shiatsu in one weekend. Many people also use them to decide if they want to take studying shiatsu further. They are very practical and you will learn to give a simple full body shiatsu that you can then use at home. You will receive a booklet with all the main information taught over the weekend.
