Description

Tailormade residential courses at Spanish or UK centres.   Delegates learn practical techniques which help in daily life (work & leisure time), including learning how to breathe!, exercise, healthy eating, relaxation, goal setting & visualisation, prioritsation, self-hypnosis, improving self-esteem etc.   In addition, massage and Reiki treatments are available.

Delegates will leave the course with an armoury of tips and techniques to put into practice for improved performance, wellbeing and enjoyment of life.
