Kinesiology is the practice of testing muscle-responses by gentle pressure to find the location, within the body, of imbalances in function or energy-blocks. It enables investigation without intrusion and provides insights into the underlying causes of health-problems. Imbalances are gently rectified with nutritional support and by touch and massage; energy balance is restored, encouraging natural healing.
