Discover the many benefits of Baby Massage, Infant Aromatherapy and NEW Baby Reflex and experience a special closeness with your baby in a relaxed atmosphere. You will gain confidence in knowing how to assist your child when they become anxious and help to relieve common ailments such as insomnia, colic and blocked sinus.
You do not need a sleepless or colicky baby to attend the course. Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology will assist hugely in the process of your baby’s general well being, stimulating and strengthening their immune system and help them develop better co-ordination as they grow.
Open to babies from newborn to around 12 months. As your baby starts to roll over and sit up it will become more challenging. The average age is 3-5months. For newborns and more mobile babies we suggest a home visit or one to one session. Massage advise and tutoring for older children and especially effective for children with special needs.
Course includes: Relaxation and breathing techniques for parents, safe Aromatherapy for babies and parents, a full body massage routine, a colic relief massage routine, plenty of supervised practise, Baby Reflex colour charts and pocket sized charts, FREE massage oil and a comprehensive manual.
Ample free parking is available at the venue.
