Aims to provide learners with an underpinning knowledge of the role of complementray therapies in improving the well being of clients.

The course covers:

The underpinning theories relating to energy anatomy

How complementray therapies work and their interface with conventional medicine

The regulations that underpin complementray therapies.

Developing and maintaining a supportive therapeutic relationship

Massage techniques

Facilitating relaxation, meditation and visualisation activities

Developing and maintaining a high level of self care

Can be delivered at times to suit learners either individually or in a group. Alternately it can be delivered in house.
