Description

The Japanese believe that beauty is more than skin deep and that, in order to be beautiful, one must also be healthy. This face massage works on both aspects simultaneously:
* working superficially, we can improve skin-tone and lymph-flow.
* working at the deeper muscular level, we can affect muscle-tone and general appearance
* working with the facial meridians, we can affect the balance of health in the whole body - as well as the specific flow of Ki in the face.

Topics addressed include:
This course is mainly practical, but will also address basic theories, e.g:
* What is a meridian? * What is a tsubo? * Theory of Japanese face-massage
* Three stages: Anma, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage
* Meridians running through the face – direction of flow and point location
