    New 5 Week, Spring Chi Gung Term, with Instructor Lina Spyrou

    Starting: Tuesday 30th March 7pm – 8pm for 5 Weeks

    Level: This course is an excellent starting place for both those new to Chi Gung
    and anyone wishing to continue their Chi Gung Practise

    Course Details:

    Spring is the ideal time for rejuvenation of your overall health and wellbeing!!!
    The sun warms the earth, seeds are sprouting and flowers bloom. There is a sense of new life all around…

  • Chi Gung is a simple, flowing movement form that helps increase energy and gently stretches, moves and opens the body and joints
  • We will deepen into relaxation through movement, guided visualisation/ meditation, stillness and energised breath
  • Many of the forms are inspired by nature and the 5 elements and this term will include
    some forms corresponding to this particular Spring time of year
  • “Come and enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing. Relax, de-stress and feel wonderful!”
