Description
Ayurveda uses, amongst other things, massage and essential oils to help one to know and understand the body and how to look after it, how to unlock the body’s healing processes and how to promote health and vitality throughout everyday life.
This Course teaches about different mind and body-types, what foods and essential oils are best for the different body-types and daily and seasonal routines to keep the mind and body in good condition. It is designed to give deeper insights into how and why essential oils are effective and why certain foods and tastes affect the human metabolism. For those not qualified in Aromatherapy the use of blended essential oils only are recommended.
